Our company adopts the up-to-date process technique to produce Methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride solidifying agent. Its features are:

• low freezing solid, operate at normal temperature, good operation condition and long use time, especially applicable for being used in the cold regions.

• low toxicity, only one twentieth to one fortieth of amine-type solidifying agent .

Uses:

FHY908 solidifying agent is used in casting, laminating, dipping, mold pressing, adhesive and winding process, also used in electromechanical and electronic products, in insulative bushing, oil pipeline and fishing machine, etc. FHY910 solidifying agent is widely used in the casting of line output transformer, can make the surface of cast matters not yellowing. FHY912 solidifying agent is of lighter color and lustre, low air bubble.

FHY905 solidifying agent is the special B ingredient used for drip-dipping insulating paint 1146((or 202).

Referenced proportioning and solidifying process:

1. Formulation: E-51 epoxy resin: FHY series solidifying agent: accelerant=100: 75-80: 0.1-0.5.

2. Process: 60-80 °C debubbling+100 °C /2hrs+130 °C /6hrs, the subsequent temperature and time is decided according to the volume of solidified matter.
